Privacy Policy

This website is operated by WISSHH. For any privacy request, contact us at orders@wisshh.com.

Order data: when you buy a product we collect the information needed to fulfil the order (name, email, shipping address, country) and the order details (product, quantity, amount).

Payment data: payments are handled by Stripe. We do not collect or store your card details; Stripe processes them under its own privacy policy.

Email: if you write to us, we process your email address and message to reply and handle your request.

To fulfil and deliver your order and send the order confirmation email (performance of the contract).

To handle returns, warranty requests and customer support (performance of the contract, legal obligations).

To comply with accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation).

We share the minimum data needed with: Stripe (payments), our email provider (order confirmation emails) and our hosting providers. We do not sell your data.

Order records are kept for the period required by tax and consumer law; support emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request.

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict processing, and ask for data portability by writing to orders@wisshh.com. If you are in the EU you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
