Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the online sale of WISSHH products through this website. By placing an order you accept these terms in full.

WISSHH bags are designed by Merih Marzari and are made in Italy from recycled rPET fabric. Retail prices are VAT included, as indicated at checkout.

Orders are accepted in EUR. The minimum order subtotal is €50.00; the checkout will not let you proceed below this amount.

An order is confirmed when payment is completed through the secure Stripe checkout and you receive the order confirmation email.

Prices are shown in EUR and, unless stated otherwise, include VAT.

Shipping costs are €6.90 for Italy and €14.90 for the other EU countries listed at checkout. Shipping is free for orders above €150. Shipping times may vary by destination and are indicated at checkout where available.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, write to orders@wisshh.com before the deadline. Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.

Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity. If you receive a defective or non-conforming item, contact us at orders@wisshh.com with your order number and a photo of the defect.

Tiered wholesale prices and customization (minimum 1,000 pieces per model) are available on request. B2B orders are governed by the dedicated price list and order confirmation, which prevail over these retail terms where they differ.
